The way Sun is expanding as per NASA adversely Earth is shrinking. As they say world has become a global village but people are suffering severe detachment from each other, not only general human relations are in hazards but also family set ups that constitute pet bond of relations. People are separating their emotions from each other and that basically isolating them inside.
Shrinking… the word might is used metaphorically to depict closeness but gauging it we can actually say that human relations are in real hazard.

We are getting close to each other by multiple sources but the gaps are increasing every day, we are becoming more self-conceited i.e. we don’t consider other human like ourselves when it comes to material pursuits. That is the darn fact of all times that money is mighty, for prosperous living one needs capital but for your contention or greed morally you cannot set your neighbor’s house on fire because that fire will eventually caught yours. Keeping up the momentum, it projects that:

A healthy society and false business are inversely proportional to each other. You increase points in one, the other falls itself. The parameters that make business bad for society are mostly dis organization by governments. Lack of governance bodies is drawback to keep them into account. Business owners always have to struggle in an age-long fight of survival. That comes up with activities like exploiting consumers, falling of the value of services or increasing product costs.
No doubt, no company ever is built out for the total benefit of masses but when a company set its trademark, draw a maximum insurance line of quality services it eventually becomes apple of consumer’s eye with up scaled remarks. Absence of a regulating eye always provides one with a margin of corruption. It’s in customs now days.

Businesses should always have a vision before they are constituted. These visions have diverse impacts with changing world geography, orientations, determinations, goals and ends all have changed. Masses that belong to developing countries mainly because of poverty or illiteracy are cat’s paws to exploitation. They care more about availability and cheapness of products that just can meet their needs against quality. Places like that always have more opportunities for entrepreneurs to develop a successful business and generating a generous impact. That could be the power house for sustainable development and improvement. They can make a bridge between for profit and non-for-profit business and can develop hybrid evolved plan.
There should be an implemented theory in brains of that entire in fair means that maximize the impact before maximizing profit, in directly proportional order. Impact, current days is also encoded to advertisements. Advertising is the key of solid business; masses are mostly after sloppy advertisements that easily pose them in believing; big posters advert to better quality. A very direct way to build exploitation means making capital. Controlling these factors now has become a wild goose chase now. These big muscles have developed better strategies to maintain their corruption. These companies have prominent impassiveness to welfare of mankind. By dint of that and their cross purposes for gaining loaves and fishes they let slip no opportunity in making money. The crux of the problem is no eye keeping check and balance. An old proverb says,

Espousing that saying, if the basis is built on negative thoughts proposing ideas will be a cry in wilderness. To discuss what has already happened is more like to flog a dead horse and the debate will end in fiasco. Such companies have become Gordian knot for maintain standards. Developing exposure and subsidizing the prices could help people in developing better vision of good business. Negligence of government run institutes like quality control, NAB, tax collectors and price control are always accompanied by false accusations of corruption by owners, spreading like plague. Theorists say that conscious capitalism can still protect from major economic hazards that directly share value with society. When policy makers or quality insurance companies talk about doing well that is mainly restrained to just talk-talk labels ensuring no positive impact practically at all.
To make business a force for good, people should start up a business with a vision of future and betterment of the people connected to them. They should have the real power to drive positive thoughts in exchange. Writers and media too should contribute in this, students and youth can be taught that at gross levels that betterment of one is betterment of all, businesses should have moral grounds for sustainable improvement of society. Young minds are most fertile and easy to mend in moral grounds.
Another point is, Instead of giving aids or charities we should empower the poor people to set up their own business or means of creating money. For example, Akhuwat is a micro-finance organization in Pakistan that counters poverty by granting small loans to needy people in the form of qarz-e-hasana i.e. repaying the amount when you gain sufficient in the form of profit. That’s the real powerhouse to upgrade living of people belonging to underprivileged areas. Break down is always the step to break through. You obviously can’t make someone believe if you don’t believe in yourself.
Such institutes or think tanks could be created that can estimate cost effectiveness of businesses and have the knowledge of how issues are impacting. Issues are everywhere, there solutions are rare. Companies should be encouraged to keep morally motivated employees to work with who know their duty and are loyal to it in performing. Such ideas should be contagious like if hybrid companies found their peer involved in false means they can boycott them transferring moral attitudes in exchange to bring distinctive changes. Last, we should believe that businesses like democracy are created by people to people and for people. So, their evaluation and spectrum of performance is also in hands of society. Business can be good for society in providing jobs and better services too that could only facilitate their lives. Profit that you earn can be used in volunteer works, helping poor. Also business provides enormous jobs to people that reduce unemployment. It’s evident that good leader can set up good army of workers who are proud to entail that moral bench marks. You always keep the opportunity to set up sustainable projects helping humanity and healthy partnerships.
